We are currently seeking a QS - Assistant Cost Manager to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Conduct physical stock joint verification with contractors. 2. Monitor daily work progress and prepare cost reports. 3. Certify vendor bills for services and material purchases at the site. 4. Compile and submit Monthly MIS cost reports. 5. Perform steel reconciliation checks. 6. Track work orders, monitor consumed value, and notify the client manager for amendments. 7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates. 8. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications. 9. Support in preparing and managing tender documents. 10. Analyze and assess variations in project costs and recommend corrective actions. 11. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and timely completion. 12. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and future reference. Requirements: • Qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. • Prior experience of min 3-4 years in cost management and quantity surveying is preferred. • Proficiency in cost reporting, reconciliation, and vendor management. • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. • Knowledge of cost management software and tools is an added advantage.
