Once upon a time, there were two Fridays... The first Friday belonged to Sarah, who spent her week juggling deadlines, managing her team, and putting out fires left and right. As the clock struck 5 PM, Sarah felt a deep sense of accomplishment. She leaned back, sipped her favorite drink, and smiled She had conquered the week. The second Friday belonged to Tom, but his week was different. Tom found himself buried under a flood of tasks. Meetings ran late, emails piled up, and by Friday, he was overloaded. Instead of celebrating the end of the week, Tom felt like he was barely starting the week . They are both Project Managers; But here’s the thing: Both Sarah and Tom started their weeks with the same challenges. The difference is; Sarah took a moment each morning to plan, prioritize, and give herself grace when things didn’t go as planned. Tom, on the other hand, got caught up in the whirlwind and didn’t take that time to reflect. So, as we wrap up your week, ask yourself; Are you living Sarah’s Friday or Tom’s? If it’s the latter, don’t worry next week is a new story, and you’re the author. Now, I’m curious: How did your week go? Did you have a “Sarah” Friday or a “Tom” Friday? Let’s chat in the comments and share our thoughts as we head into the weekend. TGIF everyone! 🥂 #Productivity #Organization #ProjectManager #TaskPrioritization #BusinessSuccess
For me, it looks like I'm having a Tom Friday, I'll conclude that once it's 5pm
I am having a Tom Friday but will do better next week
I'm having a Sarah's Friday too🙂

Great perspective
I’m team Sarah please Joan Olisa
I'm having a Sarah Friday! I set a daily to-do list earlier in the week, even though I didn't follow it strictly but I gave myself grace and I was able to achieve all my goals. So I'll be having a drink or two 😉 in celebration of the achiever that I am lol
Happy Fridayyyyyy Joan Olisa
