Today I applied for jio fiber connection and the executive arrived at home by 2 o clock and he asked me to pay installation charges I paid then at 3.30 kyc executive arrived and asked me to pay rest amount and they told once the payment is done will place ur connection I did it and they told me ur connection will place after 2 hrs and ur executive eye card I have placed down and till 2 hrs I was with ur executive waiting for kyc once kyc done they started making me fool that ur connection will be done by 4.30 and now it's almost 4.30 no data is showing in my jio then how he fooled this is how jio fiber executive are making fool to the customer pls help my contact number is 8076300085
Since few days my router is not providing stability and strength in signals. I raised complaint at times and every time engineer just reset the router and says it is fixed now. Last week also same issue happened and then I raised a complaint (SR000026HB3O) again. Mukul Patel #8077142045 visited to my home and told me that my router is not working properly and it needs to be replaced. He committed to come on 1st Jan to replace it and then he took satisfaction code from me and closed my complaint. I took his mobile number in case i need to call him, so I called on 1st Jan and he responded that staff is not available today due ot New year and he will get it done on 2nd Jan. I called him again on 2nd Jan (today) since morning but his phone is switched off. I raised a fresh complaint again (SR000026JE7O) to get my router changed asap as i don't have internet at my home due to which i ma facing lot of issues. But again i received a call from engineer he said there is no new router info with me. Can Jio look into this matter and get is solve at the earliest? I am using this Jio Fiber service since 2020 and this type of service I am getting being your consistent user.
I have been facing network issues at my home since the last three months and they always said we will be working on that please wait for a few days but this time i am exhausted and i will remove all family connections and also jio air fiber connection thank you jio for bothering me.

6hJio Reliance Jio Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) Reliance Jio I have requested a relocation service for my Jio Fiber Connection on 24th Dec 2024 with relocation date on 28th Dec. An agent called me on 25th Dec and suggested that if I want to change the date I can reschedule it from MyJio App. Accordingly, on the same day I had made a reschedule from the App with a new date as 1st January. I received an appointment confirmation message from Jio as well. Then again I received the same message on 1st January as well. But to my surprise, today is the 3rd of Jan and nobody connected me till this morning. But My Jio App automatically rescheduled my appointment. Yesterday I raised the issue via mail and they told me to wait ANOTHER 7 WORKING DAYS to get it resolved which is 9th Jan. Moreover Jio is not providing internet service from 1st Jan and I am giving the bill for these days as a charge for not being able to use the service. Then from the call log I found the phone number of that agent, and he just informed me that he cannot do anything as the date has been passed. Moreover he again suggested canceling the current order and he will do the installation unofficially.
