Often I see real estate agents post about how the market has changed for better or worse from year to year. I always want to ask how is that relevant to their personal business? Wouldn’t it be a good continuance to their post to tell their perspective clients how year to year sales, or lack of sales, hasn’t slowed them down? Regardless of whether or not the market has gone up or down shouldn’t be a reflection to your business…..it should be up every year. Keep in mind that even though the change from year to year on national or local home sale really has no effect on buyer or seller clients if they are working with a real estate agent that can do business. When sales decline the most there are always agents the sell the most. Shouldn’t that be you ?
