The US government has recently taken important steps to protect our data from adversarial exploitation. Protecting personal data -- and as a result our privacy -- has become a national security imperative. That's the perspective I intend to share in the discussion we will have at the Privacy. Security. DOJ Alleges Research “Star Quarterbacks” Pushed Back on Cybersecurity Compliance in Cyber FCA Complaint Against Georgia Tech As we first noted in an earlier blog, the Department of Justice announced it would intervene in its first cyber-related False Claims Act case since unveiling its Civil Cyber-Fraud Initiative in late 2021.
