#OpportunityZone Fund Manager and Advisor

This week’s #OpportunityZone Outlook: Allivate Impact Capital® and CEI-Boulos Capital Management announced a majority equity investment in the Knowles-Rowland House, a permanent supportive housing project backed by Bread of Life, Inc., that serves Houston’s most vulnerable population via its AIC CEI-Boulos Opportunity Fund. The Fund is a multi-investor Opportunity Zone fund that invests in high-impact commercial real estate projects in Opportunity Zones across the country.   In other news, New Castle, Pennsylvania is pushing to increase investment into its downtown and credits the area’s status as a federal Opportunity Zone for recent and future investment. Additionally, GTIS Partners announced a $27 million investment into an Opportunity Zone in Gastonia, North Carolina. The project will involve the construction of a 170,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center.    Lastly, be sure to catch the replay of Pinnacle Partners Managing Partner Leo Backer and me along with Trilogy Investment Company, LLC CEO Jason C. Joseph and our host Jimmy Atkinson on a webinar about our new Build to Rent Opportunity Zone fund.  To read: https://lnkd.in/eCjbF9Zf To subscribe: https://bit.ly/JillOZNews #OpportunityZones #OpportunityZone #OpportunityFund #OpportunityFunds #realestate #RIA #familyoffice #tax #finance #economicdevelopment
