It’s been two weeks since The IT Nation Connect 2024, and my biggest takeaway was how integrated experiences drive MSP/customer sat: 📌 Jay McBain shared in the Platform fireside chat that today’s customers prioritize integration above all else. They’re choosing solutions that might not have every feature—but work seamlessly within their environment. This shift in buying behavior highlights how important integrated experiences have become in delivering value. 📌 In this competitive climate, where every second matters and resolution time can make or break customer sat, platforms that integrate well are where MSPs can truly differentiate. That’s why the Asio announcements around RMM+PSA were so exciting—and how Backup360 adds the data protection layer to the MSP platform experience. 📌 It was also great to hear feedback from partners—both new and old —about their SkyKick and Axcient journeys.
