The company's commitment to proposing something extra and pushing for better results ensures that we always have growth opportunities. 💡 How Foundever Has Changed Over 11 Years The transformation from a standard call center focused solely on handling calls to a Customer Experience Company is remarkable. We now offer clients much more, from support in reporting and continuous improvement projects to implementing new tools, often based on AI, which elevates our collaboration to a new level. 💡 Biggest Changes Observed The most significant change is in customer service – its approach and form. There’s a strong emphasis on high quality and the human factor, which remains competitive against artificial intelligence. Additionally, the development of our employees has expanded significantly with more developmental programs, a strong focus on quality work with our agents, and the growth of our managerial staff. Grateful for moments like these! Last weekend, I had the chance to watch Ireland take on Argentina with my brother and Mum. While it wasn’t Ireland’s best performance, they still managed to secure a win—a true example of a great team. Sometimes, it’s not about perfection but about resilience and getting the job done, even when things don’t go as planned. This got me thinking about the world of Ecomm DTC. Running paid ads isn’t always smooth sailing either—algorithms shift, creative fatigue sets in, and market conditions change. Yet, it’s about adapting, finding solutions, and continuing to deliver results for our clients. Whether it's on the pitch or in the world of marketing, resilience, and strategy are the keys to success. I am joining Volt Europa. 💜 (But still work for Wolt - with W not V) Europe is currently facing a challenging political climate. Nations are reverting to nationalist mindsets and making unnecessary sacrifices for the sake of misguided pride. They are creating barriers to future technologies and markets and seek to tighten borders against people who would otherwise strengthen and enrich us. But most importantly, they undermine the foundations of our prosperous future - a united Europe. Let me be clear: the largest engine that wants to drive into this wall with full throttle are right-wing populists. I think a big reason for this is a lack of knowledge, a lack of perspective and a lack of security in situations of change. I think a key to this is good communication and shared and clear goals or visions, combined with a pragmatic political style. I am convinced Volt Europa offers everything of this and much more. Additionally, they have a startup vibe: big dreams, rapid growth, and fewer resources compared to competitors, but significantly more energy and drive from each team member. I am ready for a ride into a new direction. Let's get it rolling, Europe. 🇪🇺 💜

It's hard to believe it's been five years already, Lukasz Korecki! 🎉 Back in 2019, I set off for Poland to introduce Daktela Poland at our very first expo. We had just teamed up and aimed to establish ourselves in the Polish market. 🇵🇱 The evening before, Lukasz took me and Gabriela Samkova, MBA., Msc. to an unknown local fast food (no fancy diners on the new markets!), and then for a few drinks in Park Szczęśliwicki. It was the same place, where I met with Lukasz this spring during a stopover in Warszaw and took this 2024 picture. 🍔🍻 5 years later, I'm proud to say that Daktela has not only secured its place in Poland but has become a trusted partner for many notable clients. The experience was truly invaluable, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Xavier Claes and Julia Maadini for their unwavering support. 🎓 Cum Laude Achievement The academic grind paid off, and I’m thrilled to have graduated cum laude for the study International business at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht)! 📚 My thesis explored the implications of subscription business model innovation, specifically focussed on SaaS companies. Special thanks to Nienke Spanauf and Sue Ashley for their mentorship throughout this project—your insights and encouragement were instrumental to my success. 💡 🚚 Qargo TMS: A Future-Forward Opportunity Did you know that trucks drive empty 1/3 of the time, which produces more emissions than all international flights combined? 🌍 One of the key areas I’ll be focusing on next is transforming the transport industry, starting right here in the Netherlands. With Qargo revolutionizing the TMS industry and gearing up for its next explosive growth phase, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined as one of the first sales hires for the Dutch market.
