💥 Enough is Enough! 💥 The FTC is finally taking action against Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) who have profited off of the suffering of millions of patients. These PBMs have played games with insulin rebates, driving up the cost of this life-saving drug while patients struggle to afford it. It’s time for accountability. This lawsuit could finally bring justice for those who have been exploited by this broken system. PBMs should not be allowed to cause more suffering for patients. #HoldPBMsAccountable #HealthcareGreed #InsulinCostCrisis #PatientExploitation #PharmacyBenefitManagers #DrugPricingReform #JusticeForPatients https://lnkd.in/ew2Z5dbZ

Finally, the Biden/Harris's Federal Trade Commission is taking down the real villains—Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs). these would include organizations such as CVS Caremark , Express Scripts by Evernorth, OptumRx Holdings LLC, and Humana Pharmacy Solutions, Inc. These middlemen have been quietly gouging patients for years, jacking up prices on life-saving meds like insulin while raking in billions. And guess what? Biden and Harris are actually doing something about it, while Trump barely knew what PBMs were between his rounds of golf. PBMs have had free rein for way too long, but now the FTC is stepping in to hold them accountable. About time, right? This is a huge step toward justice for all the people who’ve been squeezed dry by these healthcare leeches. #AffordableHealthcareNow
