When security doesn't constantly fix problems, highlight vulnerabilies, and bring solutions, you either aren't paying them enough to care, or you have complacent security. The comfort of security is control and the illusion of security is a perception of deterrence, meaning security is active and engaging. How security engages and activates is directly based on training, inclusive with how often practice and rehearsals are coordinated and implemented, as well as the diversification of scenarios.
