Gender equality is not just a women's issue…….it's a human issue. Men, too, face societal expectations, pigeon-holes, and pressures that can affect their well-being and sense of self-worth. Traditional notions often dictate that men should be strong, stoic, and successful, which can create barriers to seeking help for mental health issues and expressing vulnerability. On International Women's Day, we must acknowledge the importance of inclusivity in the fight for gender equality, by recognizing the challenges faced by women and men and working together in creating a more equitable society for all genders.

As we commemorate International Women's Day, it's heartening to witness the incredible support and participation from all genders in the events and conversations - not just today but every day.
