Principal Account Executive at Bullhorn | Driving Sales Growth with CRM Expertise

A.I is now the buzzword(s) of 2024, very similar to how Automation was throughout 2020/2021. Be careful what you wish for. If you apply generic A.I to your recruitment business, it’ll only produce generic results. My advice to anyone considering A.I is to consider how you can give it a recruiters ‘brain’. If you aren’t aware, that what Bullhorn has done with our co-pilot solution. P.S please ask Ben Carter how A.I helped to shape his portrait! #BullhornPOv

Couldn't agree more, there's a lot of "AI" out there that might be "cool" but totally misses out on functionality for a recruiter's workflow. Along with the AI having a "recruiter's brain", we also need to make sure the actual recruiter will be able to utilize it and have that tech contribute to his/her tasks and goals (exactly like what Co-Pilot is doing)

And Mobile before that, and Social before that, and Web 2.0 before that!!! And others I've already forgotten about! This is spot on - AI is not the panacea to our recruiting challenges - it could only make the challenges 10 fold.

'P.S. Please ask Ben Carter how A.I helped to shape his portrait!' Plot twist: It didn't
