It’s not just all wine tasting you know. 🤣🍷 Outside of being involved in 4 businesses, a lot of my “spare” time is spent revising more locations, vineyards, terroirs so that I can better specialise on events for clients and widen everyone’s knowledge. Most of my job when I host an event is wine education. From the person who has no prior knowledge of wine or maybe are just starting our exploring wine to those who are regular drinkers, collectors or wine industry professionals. Constant learning is certainly needed and true of the drinks industry and therefore I’m no different. With meetings this week including a bar looking for advice on drinks to stock and a potential wine list creation, to an early run through of our latest innovation - The Sheffield Table to a soon to be announced sponsorship of a football team.
