ALX Resources Corp. has released the results of matters voted on at the company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders of the company, at the meeting, shareholders were asked to vote on resolutions approving, among other things, the acquisition by Greenridge Exploration Inc. of all of the outstanding and issued common shares of ALX by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). The resolutions to approve the arrangement were subject to the approval of 66-2/3 per cent of votes cast by shareholders.
