Hi everyone As we all know that HER-2 neu gene amplification can be reliably estimated by FISH on breast cancer, thats why is has a good correlation between diagnosis to treatment point of view. Here we reported a classic breast cancer in morning by means of FISH analysis revealing multiple red signals in a cluster pattern. In this case, ER shows strong nuclear staining in tumor cells and HER2 is negative , therefore the final diagnosis  as per WHO 5th edition and biomarker updates of WHO Classification of Breast Tumors , the diagnosis of Invasive ductal carcinoma was given. #biopsy #cancercare #breastcancerawareness #treatment #chemoradiation #mannography #fish #analysis #gene #amplification
