I'll have another go with this one. Explanation of why critical path analysis is unsuitable for delay claims, and why its adoption by the industry is an error. Edit: for avoidance of doubt, the charts do not show when the delay events arise (other than to the extent described), they show the effects of the events on the extension/completion of the project.
