On the morning of May 6, 1954 , Roger Bannister's broke the records of running a 4-minute mile barrier which was widespread believed that it is not attainable.
the entire running fraternity, physiologist , doctors believed that human body cannot achieve and in doing so, body will make tremendous harm to body.
Roger a doctor by profession refused to accept the status quo and ran a mile in under four minutes — 3:59.4 on 6th May
