One of my friends shared this with me. He is running a home-based restaurant on Zomato and is very focused on metrics for the users who visit his Restaurant page. But, he can't understand why he has to calculate the percentage to real numbers on a daily basis. He told me that the calculation is like this Cart to order is 25% of Menu to Cart, Menu to Cart is 20% of Impression to menu, and Impression to menu is 7.4% of Impressions. I think this is the biggest example of bad use-case implementation. No Restaurant owner wants to see the percentage than the actual numbers and the percentage should be shown as a growth or decline below the actual number on each item. Thoughts, please!
