Over the past year, we asked staff to share their “Why ITC…” One of the most recurring themes was #OpportunityForGrowth. The executive team’s (Pinakin Patel | CEO, Thomas Swerdzewski SHRM-SCP | COO, Brianne Brodeur, PMP, APMP | CXO, Tom Fogarty | CSO, Eric Junker | CFO) strategic vision for the company is rooted in the #GrowthMindset and reflected in investments, engagement opportunities, and providing curated experiences for customers and staff alike. We added 600+ new staff, promoted 32 people, and recognized our team with 150 internal Excellence & High-Five awards. We donated $100,000 to charities and volunteered time across the country in support of Veterans, medical research, STEM education, and pet rescues. Through our strategic technical partnerships, we celebrated 457 certifications! We demonstrated #Teamwork and #Innovation introducing staff to our Digital HQ, where staff can get support from every team on Corporate Services. Why ITC?
