New data shows which creative elements in audio ads drive the strongest emotional impact: 👩 female voiceover 🎶 jingles 🎼 music 🗣 5 brand mentions One might think that saying your brand’s name five times within a thirty-second ad is way too much, but it’s actually one of the most validated recommendations when it comes to best practices for audio advertising effectiveness. You should have the brand “appear” within the first few seconds and let it flow from there. The way our brains are wired plays a major role here. Audio content triggers our brain activity and draws us into an experience, evoking an emotional response. More often than not, these responses drive our choices. This means that the resulting connection and easily captivated attention can be leveraged for advertising purposes - more so considering digital audio is currently woefully under-monetized with a huge gap between time spent with it and its ad spend.
