I think AI will have a big impact on Financial Services. One of the key impacts is that it is going to make Financial Services hyper-personalised for the individual or the corporate and this is the holy grail. Can your bank work for you? Can your bank look different to you than it does to others? And AI can make that possible because it's the data that you generate that AI can utilise like never before to create hyper-personalisation for your needs. If I was to advise leaders on one thing to do in this space, it would be to get stuck in. You should be using it on a daily basis to understand what it can do. But more importantly, you should be using it to understand what it cannot do. What are its limitations? Because this space is moving fast and there is opportunities to be left behind if you don't get stuck in. The future of financial services is going to be exciting and one of the reasons it's going to be exciting is because of Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is here to stay, it is here to make an impact and it's up to us to use AI to make that impact in Financial Services not just for ourselves but also for our clients and for the future.

Yes, AI can make a huge impact in financial services particularly in monitoring Capitalization and Liquidity, such as the cash flow from operating activities. How firms will be able to pay bills quickly and meet short term business and financial obligations.

#AIMusings I believe that AI will significantly #flatten financial services and how we as an industry show up for our customers. The singularity moment for our industry will arrive when an “average customer” is armed with “beyond average” means and mechanisms to speak and engage with their financial services producers and providers. In response to this, leaders in our industry will fundamentally rethink and redesign the value proposition and delivery systems. There are SO many use cases driven by real needs that go beyond next best offer, custom marketing messages et al. The future is fascinating. So many of us are creating it as we speak, and so many more miles to go! #AIFinancialServices #HumanizeFinancialServices
