I had a fantastic time at the PanAgora Pharma CX & Tech Summit yesterday! The day was packed with insightful discussions about how the Pharma industry is leveraging AI to enhance patient and customer experiences. It’s hard to pick a favorite session because they were all outstanding, but the LEGO workshop led by Lee Kim was particularly fun and engaging. I loved getting to know the other participants in our group, as well as discovering new insights about myself. Customer experience is one of my favorite topics, as our customers and employees are the most important part of our business. When we create exceptional experiences, everyone benefits.
