Today kicked off the first of a series of candidate experience workshops by Steve Gard and JobAdder. At Circana, we are so passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process 💜 Steve shared with us some interesting statistics around the impact of CX and there was one thing that stood out to me the most. In a recent survey, he found that 78% of respondents factored in CX when evaluating how much an organisation cares about its employees. This really aligned with me and is definitely something that we think about when communicating with job applicants. Our people are at the heart of our business and we want to ensure that's visible to potential employees too. If you're not rolling out the red carpet in order to attract the best talent in the market, you are missing out on an opportunity to differentiate from other companies providing a very average CX... and we have all experienced that at least once 🙃 Benchmarcx The Circle Back Initiative
