As the IPL Season is on, we at Rankplus decided to leave no chance to join the bandwagon. We all know, how important are regular breaks to break-free from the everyday hustle.   Since, our team had been working relentlessly, we organised a fun activity for them to energise themselves.   This was done to encourage our team to spend time together away from work. These activities serve as a mode of recreation, lead to team bonding, and help build collaboration, cooperation, and coordination among our leaders.   If the stress of rigorous work needs is managed well, it can have a positive impact on one’s energy and productivity.   So providing the team with recreational space that includes different sports is a great way to give them a much-needed break. Staff Promotion Adventure 2024 The event to place in such a celebrate living energy with the participantion of over 100 FWDers from all our offices in HCMC. Embarking FWDers on an adventure to discover the uniqueness benefits of our products and the staff promotion campaign through gamification: 1. Slido Challenge: quizing our colleagues on the ongoing campaign, brand & product questions. 2. Find the differences: putting on a challenge by comparing the sum insured of a non-staff promtion and a staff promotion. 3. Solving the puzzle: solving a jigsaw puzzle made out of product benefits. The objectives of this event were to bring our colleagues to a closer understanding of how we are changing the way people feel about insurance through our products, and how we are making a difference. Planning Christmas activities for both staff and the community can take a lot of work alongside day to day business tasks. We started planning a month ago! How do you juggle finding time to prepare for Christmas and ensuring day to day business continues as normal? and the big question is, is it ever too early to start? 🎄 As a big Christmas fan, my answer is no, it’s never too early! But between Christmas social media content, client messages, staff Christmas parties, community/charity support and more… time can escape you very quickly! We like to make sure we have a team involved, rather than it being one person’s responsibility so we can achieve more in a shorter space of time and it remains manageable! 🚀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴! During a discovery call, this topic was brought up—especially if you’re the type of person spinning multiple plates, and juggling multiple responsibilities. Unfortunately, those middle-of-the-night “I should really write that down” moments happen 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵. 🌙✍️ And it’s happening more: we are constantly bombarded with 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸𝘀 featuring business book recommendations, 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 articles to read, and 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀 to catch up on. If you think $40 is too much for a tie dye than here is your wake up call. First, each shirt requires hours of labor. From design, dying and washing so the shirt doesn’t run out of color in your wash, to taking pictures and building brand awareness. A lot of hard work goes into my shirt that is done by me. Building a business is no easy task. Second, the average sports jersey is over $100 and t shirt version costs $40. I don’t hear people complain about that price as they have no problem paying for it. Third, band t shirts and other specialty shirts that my shirts fit in go for higher at festivals and even through other retailers. Then lastly, as my price is the same as an average band t shirt but roughly 30% goes back to the community I operate in by giving back to my local community kitchen. So there are no excuses besides you don’t want to. I’m sure children don’t want to go hungry but they do. So it doesn’t matter these political arguments anymore. What matters is what we do to see past the politics and into the compassionate action we need. As if you are willing to stand with a sports organization and system that uses food funds to build a stadium or pay a sports player for a talk like many of these states do, then it explains why a $40 t shirt is too much but $100 Lebron James jersey or pair of Jordan’s isn’t. As this happens states hold funds meant to go to TANF to entice sports development(Tennessee sits on over 100 million that could be used to feed the families in need but they hold it trying to get a sports team by backing funding) Much of public funding for sports stadium comes from federal funding for those in need. So let’s support organizations and individuals that support those in need. As Bret Farve doesn’t need millions in speaking. And we don’t need to hear him.
