Supporting domiciliary care workers is essential for the well-being of our most vulnerable populations and the sustainability of our healthcare systems. These carers provide vital, everyday support to individuals in need, often in their own homes, ensuring they can live independently with dignity and comfort. Despite the critical role they play, domiciliary care workers often face challenges such as low pay, limited recognition, and high turnover rates. By prioritizing their needs—through fair compensation, training, and recognition—we not only enhance the quality of care they provide but also foster a more resilient and compassionate healthcare workforce. Investing in domiciliary care workers ultimately benefits everyone, from the individuals they care for to the broader healthcare system. Let’s stand behind those who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others. #SupportCarers #DomiciliaryCare #HealthcareWorkforce #Caregivers #SustainabilityInCare To sign up to the amazing system from Progreso.ai Use Discount Code :Careconnectshow to get a good offer for your carers !

"They are our Heroes" Yesterday I spoke with Rejoice Bhila about her journey in the care sector. Coming from Zimbabwe, she and many of her carers feel the challenges of British weather in a whole new light. Being considerate of that and looking out for your team can go a long to keeping them fulfilled, resilient and delivering high quality care 🙌

Will be edited later: Never claim you understand how economy works Saudi Central Bank is bankrupt Zero halalah in it. Their reserve is rejected as it must be monitored and verified by all countries and citizens of the UN org according to the sole warranty and guarantee that services are provided by the meant neutral organization, and it is granted services and that is impossible to claim . This is rejected in principle as it is a military and warfare zone. Thus, they belong to the systems of pastures and here comes to mind the ministries like ministries of healthcare. No banking Another Iraq Not better than Sadam Illegal their banking systems You reject any gold or currencies reserve in the bank here locally and likewise globally. All of them constitutes illegal forms of systems and entities. Atlas and Arabia to begin with a land described as a land of tribulations, thirst, hunger, calamities, disasters, tribulations and every problem you think of. In another word it is a disaster zone or a form of life which, only produce problems and things that can extinct the world. It is an empty planet, and therefore herds of Ibrahim and concepts alike fake problems and images of people as they walk in the street, and behave as the rulers of the world. Military, Police, Security and Riot operations will never solve the problem. It has nothing to do with faiths and sects but how life operates. Any Systems you could think of , and it is here a general term that it is inclusive of everything you could think of, and it operates as such. Lands in Atlas cannot be masoned or built or governed without a banner of an Imam, or better an Imam and he sits in the government palace

Ramadan is ending, what’s next? 🌙✨ Your Muslim clients, colleagues, and employees will be celebrating the Muslim holiday called Eid! What is Eid? Eid (al-Fitr) is one of the two major Muslim holiday celebrations, where Muslims gather with friends, family, and community members. Eid al-Fitr (Arabic) translates to “festival of breaking the fast,” which is exactly as it sounds—it commemorates the end of the holy month of Ramadan. When is Eid? We are not sure, but we know it will be the day after the last day of Ramadan. This year, it will either fall on Tuesday, April 9th, or Wednesday, April 10th—depending on the moon sighting which will indicate if Ramadan is 29 or 30 days this year. For this reason, some might celebrate one day and others the second day. When will we know? As mentioned, we are all anticipating the announcement of the arrival of Eid depending on the moon sighting. Request? Your Muslim clients, colleagues, and employees will likely observe this holiday and request time off. Consider flexibility and understanding when they submit their time-off request as we are waiting to find out as well if it will be Tuesday, 4/9, or Wednesday, 4/10. Celebrate? You are welcome to join in celebrating even if you did not fast for Ramadan. Eid greeting? You can say “Eid Mubarak” meaning “Blessed Eid” or simply “Happy Eid.” Eid Mubarak to all those celebrating! #DiversityandInclusion #Ramadan #CulturalAwareness #Eid

Ramadan Mubarak/Kareem! Here’s a picture of me from the Rajah campaign adding a lot of paprika to my pakoras (yes I had to eat them for camera after😂) Ramadan is a very special month for Muslims including myself but I always find it hard because I cannot fast for health reasons. I look fit and healthy, like many living with disabilities or chronic illness, you might not see what is affecting us or how. The inner conflict is real though, I want to fast. I miss it, there’s something so enduring about it, it gives us a minuscule glimpse of what people who have no ready access to food and water feel like. Fasting teaches us patience, resilience, kindness despite being hungry or even hangry (the last hour before being allowed to eat or drink again were always the hardest!) I know I need to drink though, dehydration is not an option and so I must persuade myself to do it. That’s my challenge, to eat and drink when I need to despite not wanting to. Knowing that my intersectionality in some way separates me from that part of my community. Ramadan isn’t just about fasting though, it’s about going back to basics, appreciating the small things, praying, giving and so much more (all of which I can still do!) So, how can folks be allies this month? Wish us Ramadan Mubarak or Kareem Feel free to eat/ drink - Muslims are supposed to carry on with their day. ( you might see some longing gazes though) Be mindful when sunset is so colleagues can go open their fast and pray if they are still working at that time or working shifts. Colleagues might want to take annual leave or work more flexibly as they will be awake earlier and maybe feel more fresh earlier, if you can accommodate them, please do. Try a fast! :) Any other tips?
