Great example of how a team works as a single unit over a fairly long time frame. while they're celebrating 3rd anniversary in a new avatar, I have seen them working together as far as my memory serves - more than 10 years for sure. So, what's the mantra to stick together as a team for over a decade 1. Complete autonomy and sense of ownership. Decision making including very strategic ones such as partner selection is done with everyone agreeing to the same. 2. Total transparency - everyone knows everything about the company including access to the CEO's email ( not advocating this as a best practice though 🤣), but nothing can be a greater example of transparency 3. Direct and no nonsense communication style including arguments 4. Complete flexibility in working hours. Family priorities come first for everyone and other team members support the person who needs time away automatically. These are few of my impressions as an outside observer who has seen this team through ups and downs.
The winning team of D- Bright Minds( DBM) celebrates the 3rd Birthday of our Success Story with fun, frolic, full masti mood at Pondicherry...A beautiful team bonding stay at Pondicherry's lavish resort and beautiful beach makes the love of the team mates more fonder for each other....This dedicated team has been together for more than 2 decades as one unit and are taking DBM to greater heights every single day...Time to pamper ourselves...

"𝑳𝒍𝒆𝒈ó 𝒍𝒂 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒂 𝒅𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒈𝒂𝒓 𝒍𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂" Today, a few days late, is a day of farewells, as well as one of gratitude and reflection. After almost a year and a half, as part of ZKTeco (ZKTeco Europe) as 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, the time has come to close this chapter and, literally as explained in Spanish, 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘮𝘺 𝘡𝘒 𝘫𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵 to face new challenges. I want to take this opportunity to deeply thank the company and this position for everything they have offered me, although I have already personally thanked each of you for your part in my professional journey. Over this time, I've had the honor of working with an amazing group of professionals from whom I've learned not only about products, technologies, services, and the company's ecosystem, but also, I've gained invaluable 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴. Of course, it hasn't always been an easy road: like any experience, I've had my share of difficult moments, faced complex process, and overcome differences... But the lessons taken from each challenge, whether positive or not, are something I carry with me and greatly value. It's also true that, when challenges are faced with your colleagues and even friends, it always becomes more memorable. As I mentioned in my internal farewell: ✉️ "𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘮 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵. Thank you, ZKTeco Europe, for this unforgettable chapter, and thanks to so many names that come to my mind Now it's time for what's next; I'm ready to take on new challenges and experiences. #Despedida #NuevosRetos #CrecimientoPersonal #Agradecimiento #Farewell #NewChallenges #ProfessionalGrowth #Gratitude #ZKTeco #TechnicalSupport

Happy World Champagne Day! 🥂 A reminder to celebrate. As professionals, we often find ourselves caught up in the hustle, focusing on what’s next on our to-do lists. However, it’s equally important to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments, both big and small. Celebrating achievements, whether it’s hitting a target or completing a challenging project, reinforces our hard work and motivates us for the future. Recognising milestones fosters a positive work culture and strengthens relationships within our teams. Let’s remember that collaboration and support are essential for our continued growth. Each success, no matter how small, contributes to our personal and professional development. Let’s take the time to pop that champagne and celebrate our journeys. Here’s to future successes and the moments that make all the hard work worthwhile. Cheers! 🥂✨ #worldchampagneday #celebratesuccess #professionalgrowth

The hardest win to celebrate is one that goes from a 75% probability, to 90%, to 95%, to 98%, to 99%... Here are 3 things I've seen work to keep these wins from landing with a vibes thud: 1) Draw a line in the sand and make it clear that THIS is when we celebrate 2) Provide something to look forward to and to mark the occasion when it happens (a great meal together, a day off, a bonus, etc.) 3) Pull up to 100k feet and repeatedly communicate the progress over the course of the engagement, "look how far we've come in the past two quarters" What have you seen work well?

It is time to celebrate! When was the last time you celebrated a win with your Team? It’s easy to focus on what is missing, what was not achieved or lost projects. But what about the accomplishments, the efforts, the work done? A strong team should celebrate milestones and achievements together, in order to: ❇️ Foster unity ❇️ Boost morale ❇️ Increase motivation With these sunny days, no more excuses to raise your glass (of water, wine or champagne, let's stay hydrated) to glorify your Team! So, what are you going to celebrate? #teamwork #teamspirit

So this company has me blocked from making comments! 1099 companies are terrible for healthcare! They do not offer their independent contractors the benefits they deserve. They deliberately misclassify these people as contractors instead of workers, just to avoid paying payroll taxes and the costs of benefits. The Labor Dept is cracking down on these companies and many facilities are being sued and viewed to be the real employer, thus requiring them to pay the back payroll taxes and benefits for these workers. In addition, if there are problems with employee performance, there is not much of an office staff to address those issues. Their credentialling processes are poor because they are not healthcare professionals who really care. When these workers have pay issues, they go through so much stress to get paid what they are due. There are SO many reasons to avoid hiring 1099 agencies! Google this matter and read the facts!
Shout out to our Implementation Manager, Kristen He who just celebrated her three-year anniversary with MyShyft. Kristen has been an integral part in growing MyShyft into the company we have become. Thank you Kristen for your hard work and dedication, and the genuine partnership you bring to our facility clients. 🩵

Happy 20th Anniversary to Alex (Alejandro) Martinez! Alex began his career at Accord in the Chicago 940 building as a Finishing Operator, thanks to a referral from his brother who also worked at the company. He recalls that when he started, his department had only seven people, which required him to learn and master everything in his role. We asked him a few questions about his time with Accord Carton. Q. What do you like the most about your job? A. I love what I do and like to think about how my co-workers and I can do a better job. Q. What has kept you at Accord for so long? A. Opportunities to grow. Q. What are you the proudest of at work? A. Working with the team. Q. What superpower would you like to have if you could choose one? A. Help my fellow coworkers figure ways to do things the best.
