We dedicate entire roundtables Executive panels Keynotes To resident experience All focused on how to make rental living Convenient, Transparent, Exceptional Here’s what I saw this week: On Thursday I watched a panel of 4 CTO’s talk technology 3/4 come from hospitality Marriot, Hilton, Sands Resort (I’m about 40% confident in the brands here) Technology executives are focused on resident experience in 2024 Not just operations teams Not just support members Technology executives at the largest rental companies in the world are telling us what matters And it’s Resident Experience We have come so far that the word “guest experience” consistently slipped in place of resident experience Does guest experience mean fancy frills? Not necessarily It means getting the basics done and fast 💨 Residents want convenient, transparent service Today One executive at a 50k door company told me “We aren’t competing against each other, we are competing against the guy who manages ten properties and shows up for a resident at midnight on Thanksgiving when the stove goes out, that’s our competition” How can we make resident experience so good..
