Hi, I'm Taylor Owens, chief marketing officer at L1 Capital. Great. I've been in this industry for three years. I've come to well the IMN East and West all three years. So to be recognized amongst my peers is is an honor. I'm thrilled. It was totally random. So I'm in marketing, I'm from marketing and advertising agencies in my entire career and Lehman Capital is a client of mine and I ended up going on full time at Lemoyne and just stumbled upon this industry. We're really hopeful for 20/25/2024 was. Transition year and we're really excited to focus on improving our customer experience, customer retention and continue to scale the businesses of the real estate investors that we work with. It's kind of embrace the hustle. It's a, it's a scrappy industry. All of the lenders that are in our competitive set, I mean, they're very scrappy. So just lean in, be coordinated, be an influencer. And this is an industry where you could just ignite change. So, so lean into that fund. Inspiring and collaborative.
