As an employee or job seeker, could you be wrong about your preference for working from home? Are you open to considering what's best for your job satisfaction and career success? While hybrid work may be here to stay, perhaps it’s time to think less about what you might be losing by giving up some time WFH, and more about what you gain by working in the office. We share some examples: https://loom.ly/r4vEank

To work from home or not to work from home... (Sergespeare, 2024) I play devil's advocate in most debates, just because I love seeing/hear both sides of the argument, as much as my other half hates me for it 😄. While I understand why people love working from home, saving on commute, overall convenience, etc. There is just something about working in an office space with your team that really drives spirit and energy. Also how are junior staff supposed to learn from seniors if they're not in the office? I'm interested to hear what people prefer and why? PS: Doesn't really matter for us salespeople as we're out and about most of the time anyway.

WFH sucks… It suck’s for the employer and it sucks for the employees. That’s if you’re doing it wrong. That’s if people don’t have the basic systems and strategies in place to monitor outputs and not inputs. If there is no trust and a culture of micromanagement. If the employees of the business don’t give a crap about the future of the company or their progression within it. Because if you get remote working right as a business…. Oh my oh my! It turns into your biggest competitive advantage! Because when you have a happy and motivated workforce, the best staff retention rates and you can attract and retain top talent that gives you their best every day, the world is yours.
Working from home is sh*t. Yep. You read that right. Why? You ask a good question. Read below to find out why. ⤵ #workfromhome #wfh #remotework

Unpopular opinion... Working from home is overrated. 🤐 Unlike many companies, here at Enzo, we work five days a week in the office. We firmly believe that this structure plays a significant role in contributing to the business's success. 🥇 Here are five reasons why we are in the office full time: 1. No boundaries: Working from home blurs the line between personal and professional life, making it difficult to switch off from work mode. 2. Company culture: Working from home can disconnect employees from the company's culture and values. 3. Training: For newcomers entering the business with minimal recruitment experience, effective training is essential to maximize performance. 4. Questions: Following on from the point above, when starting at a new company, employees will naturally have many questions. We'll ensure that the right people are available to provide answers. 5. Our office: Last, but definitely not least, our Enzo office is INSANE. Why would you not want to be here five days a week? 😍 What are your thoughts about WFH? #WFH #Hiring #Recruitment
