We need an investigation against DSS Inc., & Alset Inc. & IMPACT BIOMEDICAL INC & SHARING SVCS GLOBAL CORP. and Institutions own DSS Inc.," Investors are robbed with the scam called "Reverse Stock Split ", the company takes the Investor's money yet delivers absolutely NOTHING! They rob investors with the Reverse Stock Split, take the money, and invest it in a new venture. This can be especially detrimental for retail investors. Reverse stock splits are legal but that doesn't mean they are always ethical & SEC needs to investigate the RSS practice that Mr. Chan & DSS Inc. is using to scam investors to raise money for its new venture. This filthy unethical practice of RSS is on record with every single venture that DSS Inc. claims ownership/partners with. DSS has Quite a Filthy Record of RSS.
