Motion graphic designers may be a repetitive tasks job, particularly when working on projects that require similar animations or effects. However, the nature of our work often involves creativity and innovation, which can lead to a variety of tasks and challenges. While certain tasks, such as key framing, rendering or applying standard effects, may be repetitive, I think motion graphics typically requires a significant amount of creative problem-solving and artistic input, in my opinion, this makes the process a lot more enjoyable! What are your thoughts on this? Are you tired of repetition, or do you enjoy the process in every keyframe?

Slow Motion is Better Than No Motion: The Journey of a Motion Graphics Designer As a motion graphics designer, the road to creativity is never a straight line. There are days when ideas flow effortlessly, and others when progress seems slow—almost in slow motion. But here's the thing: every step forward, no matter how small, counts. In my early days as a designer, I remember how frustrating it was when things didn’t move as quickly as I’d hoped. Whether it was perfecting a new technique, getting the right client, or waiting for a project to be approved—progress felt slow. But over time, I realized that slow motion is better than no motion. Every second spent refining my skills, even at a snail's pace, was a step toward mastering my craft. Now, with over 250+ clients worldwide and 3+ years in the industry, I understand that those moments of slow progress were just part of the process. It allowed me to fine-tune my skills, discover my unique style, and build a strong foundation in motion design and video editing. So, if you’re feeling stuck or like things aren’t moving fast enough—remember that motion, no matter how slow, is still progress. And it’s better than standing still. If you’re looking for creative, engaging motion graphics or video editing for your brand, let’s connect. Together, we can turn your vision into something that moves. #KeepMovingForward #MotionGraphicsDesign #SlowMotionProgress #CreativeJourney #VideoEditing #FreelanceLife #OpenForWork #DigitalArt #DesignCommunity #GrowthMindset

Lower Thirds are probably the most troublesome Motion Graphics embellishment you'll encounter as a Motion Designer, Editor or Producer. There's always a typo lurking around the counter, a last-minute absentee or Mr IHaveAVeryVeryLongNameAndIWontApologise arrives when you least want him to. The following 1-minute + video shows a real time (with minor editing to speed up the video) screen capture of how a Responsive Lower Third seamlessly and intelligently resizes, repositions and reanimates as content changes. And all this while, the design and Brand Guides remain consistent. There's no more re-doing or making last-minute calls while at the edit bay, to get an updated Lower Third. Responsive Motion Graphics Templates/Toolkits work directly in Adobe Premiere Pro. So ... an editor or producer can easily retype anything updates and they're off; back to editing. So, work smart so you can play hard. Not all templates are made the same.

From Static to Dynamic: My First Dive into Motion Design A few days ago, I found myself wondering: What if I could bring my graphic design skills to life with motion? As a graphic designer, I’ve spent months perfecting static visuals, but motion design was something new—and a bit intimidating. So, I decided to take the leap. The first few attempts were messy. New tools, new techniques, and a lot of trial and error. But with each mistake, I learned something new. Gradually, I started to see my designs come to life in ways I had never imagined. My first motion design project was simple—just some text animations. Nothing groundbreaking, but it was a huge step forward for me. What I Learned: 📌Stepping outside your comfort zone sparks growth. 📌Failure is just part of the learning process. 📌Creativity has no boundaries. --- Have you ever experimented with motion design or a new medium? I’d love to hear about your experience—drop a comment below! #MotionDesign #GraphicDesign #CreativeJourney #LearningByDoing ---

Day 3 of posting motion graphics and design until I get hired as a graphic designer. This one was fun, although there is a lot to improve on. I have challenged myself to work efficiently and get each project done within 24 hours. From conception, to completion. Although I love product visualization I really also enjoy dynamic personalized 3D art so I’m coming up with some in the meantime. Things to improve on next time: Figure out how to render overnight! This would save me so much time and I could sue everything and just go to sleep and during the day I could create the scenes. Doesn’t make sense why this hasn’t become an option in blender. Lighting could be improved. Rather that using only two lights, I need to explore better lighting options that reflect differently or cast shadows. This way it come to life more. Titles and transitions could be improved more. I would’ve loved to mask the titles to make them appear in the background but I didn’t want to waste too much time, and I know that next time I can render certain clips with a transparent background to make that part easier on myself. Let’s keep this streak going! #graphicdesign #motiondesign #airpodspro Apple

New Project: Photoshop Banner with Motion Graphics in After Effects 🎨✨ I’m excited to share a project where I combined static design with dynamic motion graphics! Using Adobe Photoshop for the initial banner design and After Effects to bring it to life, I was able to create an engaging visual that highlights a product in a unique and captivating way. Project Breakdown: • Designed a clean, product-centric banner in Photoshop featuring key product benefits and visuals. • Brought it to life with smooth motion graphics in After Effects: • Text animations for added emphasis on key selling points. • Smooth transitions for product highlights and icons. • Subtle motion blur for professional-quality animation. I loved blending the worlds of graphic design and animation to create a more interactive visual experience. I’m always looking to explore new creative techniques and would love to hear your feedback! #Photoshop #AfterEffects #MotionGraphics #BannerDesign #GraphicDesign #VideoEditing #AdobeCreativeCloud #ProductDesign #CreativeProcess
