Susanne Pulverer: Ikea Order Number - 205842088 I had raised a return request with IKEA on 9th August. It took your team 42 days to process the completion of the return request for a product with MANUFACTURING DEFECT after a million excuses and delays and numerous customer care calls and emails. 42 days later.. I FINALLY got confirmation from your team on 21st Sept that the refund is processed and will be reflected in my account in 14 days. 17 days later… NO UPDATE. NO REFUND. NO COMMUNICATION. And then I am being informed that the refund was actually processed today i.e. on 8th Oct and will take another 21 days to reflect in my account. I would like you and your team to please explain to me : How does this justify my time and money? How is this the standard procedure for customer experience with IKEA? I want to understand as the CEO what actions will you take for this incident?
