Glenda is a Senior Program Control Manager being honored for her impressive work ethic and commitment to excellence. Her dedication to her role and to her team has made a great impact on our company’s success. Glenda says she is thankful for the new and exciting challenges she faces every day at iGov. She enjoys leading her team in “providing vital day-to-day program operational support to the Program Management Office, Business Development, Accounting, Contracts and Procurement departments,” and she finds “the meticulous gathering of data, and its subsequent analysis and creation of comprehensive spreadsheets for monitoring, tracking and reporting cost and schedule” to be the most fulfilling part of her position.
