$2.7 billion in revenue. That’s what Ignition's customers earned via our platform this year. That’s a big number—over half a billion dollars more than last year—but it represents so much more than that—it means the growth, resilience, and success of thousands of businesses navigating challenges like rising costs, cash flow pressures, a shrinking workforce, and the constant need to deliver value to their clients. So, please join me in congratulating our customers far and wide! When I joined Ignition six months ago, I sat down with customers to hear what keeps them up at night and what they hope to achieve. Those conversations inspire everything we do, helping professional services not just survive but truly thrive. This week, we unveiled exciting product innovations planned for 2025 that will deliver even more value. (If you missed the webinar, I’ll link it in the comments.) Customers told us how hard it is to manage prospects using spreadsheets, manual tracking, and fragmented tools. In 2025 we’ll deliver a way to manage the sales pipeline for professional services that’s seamless and integrated. We’re calling it “Deals” (may as well call it what it is) by connecting leads directly to proposals, agreements, billing, and collections in one seamless client workflow. Think faster deal closures, better focus on profitable clients, and healthier cash flow. To compliment, we’ll offer customers a way to capture and link client information into their workflow. The webinar is worth the watch as Dane Thomas talks through plans in depth. Of course, this is only possible with our incredible team at Ignition. Their creativity, dedication, and passion for helping our customers succeed bring this all to life. With what we have in store for 2025, were there any highlights you were most excited about?
Congrats, Greg. Digital businesses are super exciting right now (I was a small part of the payments/e-commerce scene in the latter half of the 2010s). I recently sent Tom a connection request, and applied for a growth role in the scaled segment. I'd really love to join you guys, and understand Ignition's values and how you deliver impact to customers, how your team plays a role in that. Really cool though! Cool to see you guys winning - per 2025, I'm excited to see a handful of businesses "pop their head up" to really successful late-stage funding and still have the momentum, I think there's a large opportunity to mint a few unicorns, and keep translating KPIs to impact.
