Proud to Share: Certificate of Participation in Prodnosis - Technex'24! I'm excited to announce that I recently participated in Prodnosis, the Product Management Case Competition of Technex'24, organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi on Unstop ! This competition was an amazing platform to test my product management skills and delve into the world of product development. We tackled a real-world case study, requiring us to think strategically about product roadmap, user experience, and go-to-market strategy. While the competition was fierce, the entire process was an enriching learning experience. I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, learned to approach product challenges from a holistic perspective, and gained valuable insights into the product management process. A big thank you to IIT (BHU) and Unstop for organizing such a well-structured competition. With a primary focus on DevSecOps, he ensures the delivery of the most secure products to our clients while minimizing downtimes. Additionally, Onkar holds the vital role of InfoSec Officer, safeguarding our operations and client data. His pivotal contribution lies in spearheading the design, implementation, and rollout of Facctum's Next-Gen Architecture, marking a significant milestone in our technological advancement.     Cherishing the workplace: In Onkar’s words, “I can count many! On the work side, when we rolled out Next-gen Architecture to our clients in March, it marked the culmination of almost 8 months of hard work, planning, testing etc. We also had an amazing off-site at the Bangalore office back in November which colleagues from all our offices around the world, attended in person. Apart from work, there was a lot of fun, laughter, party and just spending time and getting to know each other better!!”     Personal & professional goals: Aligning personal and professional aspirations, Onkar finds deep satisfaction in tackling challenging problems alongside our talented team. His continuous learning curve, especially from colleagues like our Chief Architect, highlights the rich knowledge exchange fostered at Facctum.     Beyond work: Apart from his professional life, Onkar finds solace in his passion for music, often serenading melodies when away from the desk. With a loving family and a penchant for computer games and sci-fi movies, he strikes a harmonious balance between work and life's pleasures.   Advice to newcomers: “A HUGE advantage of being new is bringing an outsider's perspective.
