During their tenure, these individuals enjoyed certain well-deserved benefits. Access to staff or employee rates when traveling, privileges in hotel restaurants, and use of facilities like pools and gyms were more than perks; they were a recognition of their hard work and a symbol of belonging to a global family. These benefits were integral in fostering a sense of loyalty, pride, and mutual respect between employees and their brands. However, upon retirement, these benefits abruptly end. These dedicated professionals, who spent years contributing to the growth and reputation of their brands, often find themselves completely disconnected. This absence of recognition can leave them feeling undervalued and forgotten—an unfortunate outcome for those who have given so much of themselves to the industry. As part of the Due-diligence, potential Owners** suggest inviting RFP for an Independent "Peer-review" of the Leading SMR Supplier's Capital Cost Estimates. (including Estimated "Bill Of Materials/BOQs) ** And/or U.S. DOE via a "50:50" Cost Share basis.! Looking back at our journey at Siddall & Hilton, the past few years have been challenging but transformative in a positive way. We are a strong and purposeful company now. We’ve thought long and hard about WHY we do what we do. To pay the bills? Make money? That's important of course. Often our products are used to keep the bad guys out. Whether it’s leading with courage, to create an environment where our people feel psychologically safe. Or whether it’s zero compromise on health and safety standards within our workplace. “We Make It Safe” is the whole point behind what we do, guiding our decisions and shining brightly in everything we do, as one team.
