The National Association of REALTORS® is already reeling from lawsuits and leadership turmoil. If state and local associations push to decouple their memberships from national membership, that will likely have a big impact on NAR's annual revenue and influence. I imagine there is more to come from Brooklee Han, OLY and Jeff Andrews on this topic.

Probably the first of many. If your association isn't preparing you for change and moving you forward, there isn't much reason to keep sending them checks.

3moNAR to the Appraisal Institute... "hold my beer". Both organizations are worthless. The AI just capped their CEO because she tried doing the right things and rustled feathers. NAR walked members right off a cliff with years of warnings - and now add insult to injury adding "special assessment" hits this year. Blow them both up and all of the suits that run them
