The EOR handles various compliance-related tasks such as securing work permits, tax deductions, and managing employee contributions to social programs. This ensures that employees are hired in accordance with local labor laws and that the company avoids legal risks. The client company is billed by the EOR for the services provided, which usually includes salaries, taxes, and a service fee.
