2 weeks after the 2024 TechForum in Seclin, time has come to evaluate how well I've met my personal objectives. 🌟Involve new people in public speaking, by having a co-speaker Thank you so much Dylan Shepherd 🌟Deliver 2 talks... because I got 2 topics One talk about Performance testing with Dylan, a second one about what was accomplished by our teams with the EP2 HA platform in Switzerland 🌦Good delivery of the talks 2 talks to prepare + remote co-speaker + shorter time-frame = I was completely exhausted for the second one, the delivery ( English, attitude, etc.. ) could have been way better 🌟 Keep on picking topics that are important to me, even if this means not following current trends Lots of interactions during the Q&A sessions = I picked good topics, even if they're not trendy ( yes... I hear you genAI ! ) 🌟 More networking than last year 🌟 Feeling comfortable with how I look in pictures Still a work-in-progress... but this year you get a picture !
