2wIf Chong Chan-yau is a strong advocate for disability rights and inclusion, I am sure he would also be a supporter of the campaign to remove pension clawback. That is applied by HSBC in the UK on just one of their 23 staff pension schemes and uses a formula that penalises the lowest paid the most. Those happen to be mainly women and the disabled.
