The longer you put it off, the heavier it feels— (even the smallest task seems impossible.) I’ve been there—even when a small task turns into a mountain just because it’s been sitting on my to-do list for too long. It’s like the longer you wait, the heavier it gets. What finally worked for me was this: Instead of tackling the whole thing at once, I broke it down into the tiniest steps possible. It’s not about finishing fast, but about just starting—one small action at a time. No grand stories, just practical steps that worked in real scenarios. Swipe through the carousel below! ___ P.S: How will you break free from your "I'll get it done later" mode today? P.P.S: Want to dive deeper into productivity strategies? Hoyin Cheung That’s such a relatable experience! Breaking tasks down into small, manageable steps really does make a difference. It’s amazing how much less overwhelming something can feel when you just focus on one tiny piece at a time. Your approach is spot-on—sometimes the hardest part is just starting. Once you take that first small step, the momentum builds, and suddenly the task doesn’t seem so daunting anymore. For me, one trick is to set a timer for just five minutes. Often, starting is the hardest part, and once the timer goes off, I find it easier to keep going. How about you—any specific techniques or strategies that help you push through the procrastination?

Love this! Procrastination can truly make a small task feel like a mountain. Breaking it down into tiny steps is key. Progress, no matter how small, is still progress. Starting is the hardest part!

Spot on! The moment we break it down into tiny steps, we have a complete shift in mindset from "I'll do it later" to "this should take few minutes to complete."
