What conversation do you want to have? I’m still engaging with the thoughts, speakers, emotions from the #IDG summit 2024, thanks to the digital journey eloquently powered by Howspace. The Inner Development Goals Framework for me is first and foremost a tool to trigger conversations that we need to have in our organisations. From experience, I'd like to see more of a conversation and collaboration in the space in between HR/People&Culture and Sustainability.
