Solution Launched to Nursery Staff Shortage in #Hertfordshire! Exciting news for individuals looking to enter the early years sector, you can even retrain from a less secure sector! These Skills Bootcamps provide a fantastic opportunity for those aged 19+ who are not currently employed in early years, offering fully funded training to help them step into a rewarding new career. Programme Highlights: Flexible Training: Three weeks in-person or up to 12 weeks online. Guaranteed Interviews: Graduates are guaranteed an interview for a job with a local nursery. Accelerated Apprenticeships: Successful candidates can start a level 3 accelerated apprenticeship upon securing employment. Karen Derbyshire Operations Director at Realise, comments: “With the number of children eligible for free childcare set to grow substantially in the next 18 months, it’s more important than ever to attract new people to the sector and ensure they receive the appropriate training. The Skills Bootcamps offer a real opportunity for people who are unemployed, looking for a career change, or wanting to return to early years." “For learners, it’s a chance to take the first steps to forging a new career, and for nursery settings, it’s an opportunity to bring new talent into their teams.” Additional Support for Participants: Career Coaches: Access to dedicated career coaching. DBS Checks: Enhanced DBS checks initiated during training. We need six school bus drivers to Be Fully Staffed for 2024-2025! Are you retired and need a second income?   - For possibly less than four hours a day, you would receive a guaranteed four-hour pay rate per day for transporting our children to and from school.  - QISD Bus Drivers are eligible for most full-time benefits, including insurance, all district offerings to employees, including reduced childcare for employee children and grand-children, and the annual retention incentive at the same rate as all district employees if the board can approve it, a free fitness center, home game-day passes, and more. Do you have a CDL and need to get the passenger endorsement for driving a school bus?  - Once you pass the written portion of the endorsement, which covers the passenger endorsement and school bus sections of the CDL test, QISD will provide bus driver training so you can take the driving test. Vor kurzem wurde die umfangreiche Längsschnitt-Studie zum bisher kaum erforschten Einfluss der Kompetenzentwicklung auf Kündigungsgedanken von Auszubildenden veröffentlicht - entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit Viola Deutscher, Esther Winther und Beifang Ma. Unter Kontrolle wichtiger Einflüsse wie Bildungsniveau, Alter, Sprache und Wunschberuf wurden 12 ordinal-logistische Regression durchgeführt, um drei zeitliche Wirkungsbeziehung zwischen beruflicher Kompetenz und verschiedenen Kündigungsabsichten zu testen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass eine geringere domänenspezifische Kompetenz über verschiedene Zeiträume hinweg die Absicht erhöht, den eigenen Ausbildungsvertrag aufzulösen, um den Beruf zu wechseln oder ohne weitere Qualifikation zu verbleiben. Höhere domänenverbundene (allgemeinere) Kompetenzen verstärken die Absicht, eine Vertragsauflösung samt höherer Qualifikation anzustreben. Grundsätzlich bleiben die Effekte jedoch hinter den bereits bekannten Einflüssen der Ausbildungsqualität (Bedingungen am Arbeitsplatz, Rahmenbedingungen, diverse Prozesskriterien wie soziale Einbindung, Mentoring, Feedback, etc.) zurück.
