Under the guidance of their instructor, colorful designs were created that make children's eyes light up! 👶🎨 Just in time for Christmas 🎅🎁, the Bobby Cars were donated to the AWO daycare center Stadtzwerge in Schwandorf. The joy was immense! 🥳❤️ --------------------- 🇩🇪 Unsere Azubis im Bereich Verfahrensmechanik für Beschichtungstechnik haben alten Bobby-Cars neues Leben eingehaucht und sie in moderne Hingucker verwandelt. Unter der Leitung ihres Ausbilders entstanden farbenfrohe Designs, die Kinderaugen strahlen lassen! 👶🎨 Pünktlich zu Weihnachten 🎅🎁 wurden die Bobby-Cars an die AWO-Kinderkrippe Stadtzwerge in Schwandorf gespendet. Are you retired and need a second income? - For possibly less than four hours a day, you would receive a guaranteed four-hour pay rate per day for transporting our children to and from school. - QISD Bus Drivers are eligible for most full-time benefits, including insurance, all district offerings to employees, including reduced childcare for employee children and grand-children, and the annual retention incentive at the same rate as all district employees if the board can approve it, a free fitness center, home game-day passes, and more. Vor kurzem wurde die umfangreiche Längsschnitt-Studie zum bisher kaum erforschten Einfluss der Kompetenzentwicklung auf Kündigungsgedanken von Auszubildenden veröffentlicht - entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit Viola Deutscher, Esther Winther und Beifang Ma. Unter Kontrolle wichtiger Einflüsse wie Bildungsniveau, Alter, Sprache und Wunschberuf wurden 12 ordinal-logistische Regression durchgeführt, um drei zeitliche Wirkungsbeziehung zwischen beruflicher Kompetenz und verschiedenen Kündigungsabsichten zu testen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass eine geringere domänenspezifische Kompetenz über verschiedene Zeiträume hinweg die Absicht erhöht, den eigenen Ausbildungsvertrag aufzulösen, um den Beruf zu wechseln oder ohne weitere Qualifikation zu verbleiben. Höhere domänenverbundene (allgemeinere) Kompetenzen verstärken die Absicht, eine Vertragsauflösung samt höherer Qualifikation anzustreben. Grundsätzlich bleiben die Effekte jedoch hinter den bereits bekannten Einflüssen der Ausbildungsqualität (Bedingungen am Arbeitsplatz, Rahmenbedingungen, diverse Prozesskriterien wie soziale Einbindung, Mentoring, Feedback, etc.) zurück.
