Stats for the last 8 working days: - 7 site visits. - 3 projects in negotiations. Really like one of them, which is a commercial conversion to 18 flats. - 2 projects are in legals, totaling over £10m GDV. - 34 meetings, which included investor meetings. We are always keen to work with those that follow our beliefs and goals. - 1 The Developers Club meeting . Always great to catch-up with Edward Freeman, Daryl Rugless, Tex Jones, MSc, and James Cross. - averaged 7,000 steps a day. Which beats the usual work from home stats… - halfway through one 27 hr flight 🤦🏻. Great to catch-up with those that I did, specially thanks to the below for all their help with projects recently.
