I’ve been blessed to have some truly exceptional people in my life. What we are embarking on is not for the faint of heart. I believe we are the only company in the world that can sell new and used equipment, rebuild them in the entirety or major components, haul hazardous and non-hazardous waste (legally and within full compliance of federal and state regulations), transport bulk chemicals, service every industry, sell industrial chemicals, and various other environmental services including vacuum services. All the while warranting all the services we provide. Some of you reading this have become more to me than customers. The consolidation of vendors requires major talent and is extremely complex. If you’re lucky enough to earn a spot here you’ll have a spot for life. If it’s not for you then your welcome to leave at anytime regardless of who you are. Jay Shetty asked, "What's the best relationship advice you've ever heard?" The response by his guest Matthew Hussey blew my mind: "Make a list of the things that are truly important for you to find in a partner - then be that list." 🤯 🤯 🤯 The implications of this are staggering. The first implication is obvious: do unto others as they would have us do unto you. (E.g., you want a partner who listens to you, make sure you listen, etc.) But the second implication is ever more so: Do unto YOURSELF as you would have them do unto you. Think of all the times we wish someone would be kind to us, patient with us, loving of us, accepting of us.... What if we were to be that for OURSELVES? What if, instead of wanting other people to love us and make us feel worthy, we did that to ourselves? And think of the implications not just in friendships and romantic relationships - think of this in your work and career. What if instead of wishing for work to make us feel valued, worthy, and complete - WE simply did that for OURSELVES? This is not only possible, but INEVITABLE when you recognize YOU'RE the one you've always been searching for. When you become your own best friend. P.S.
