Last night, LBO Technology, LLC (8a, HUBZone, SEDBE, SWaM, MBE, DBE) attended the Capital Business Development Association (CBDA) Bi-monthly Dinner and Networking Meeting at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA. This event provided networking opportunities for members to develop new business opportunities and form partnerships. The Capital Business Development Association (CBDA) is a Virginia registered, federally tax-exempt educational 501(c)3 not-for-profit that supports GOVCON small and medium-sized businesses in identifying, winning, and executing work in the federal, state, and local markets. CBDA members represent various companies, including large systems integrators, mid-cap corporations, and small businesses across all socio-economic categories. CBDA programs bring together government procurement and business leaders and match companies with similar capabilities to pursue opportunities and foster winning business partnerships. The CBDA mission is to provide GOVCON businesses, regardless of size, the opportunity to network, share opportunities, explore teaming possibilities, and share industry intelligence. The association is one of the fastest-growing business development/capture management GOVCON associations in the Washington, DC area. Its members work within the Intelligence Community, DoD, Fed Civ, state, and local governments, as well as commercial industries. CBDA events provide opportunities to meet and network with other business development professionals. The CBDA dinners are a great form of collaboration to Find, WIN, and pursue opportunities! As always, we had a great time, it was an extremely informative event.
