What’s everyone’s take on why companies are reluctant to hire junior developers these days? Might be just the “bubbles” that I’m in but it feels like the barrier of entry is so much higher these days. #developer #juniordeveloper #frontend

“💻 Front-End vs. Back-End Development: Ever wondered what sets these two roles apart? 🤔 Front-end developers focus on creating the parts of a website or app that users see and interact with, while back-end developers handle the data, logic, and server-side operations behind the scenes. Together, they make the digital experience seamless! Are you more drawn to the visual side or the technical backend of things? Career in #frontend development becomes hard after 7-8 years of experience. Many don't like me for saying this. But it's the truth, frontend architect roles are very less in the industry, as most client side applications are not very complex. So getting a promotion becomes very hard, even a job switch will also not be easy as they will also hire for the same role or you need to work for a startup. If you're a senior #frontend #developer share your experience in the comments section. follow me and I will help you to find your dream job: Vasanth Bhat #frontend #career #job #shortage

whats the pain point of being a tech lead and getting to know the developers you have been assigned to... doesn't know much about the tech stack they are working on. : well talking about experience 👩💻. and you end up sacrificing much of your precious time.. (project nikal jayega aise, 🌊 🎅 ) and that's why I stop focusing on numbers of experience... just interview them and figure it out. it's a bit long process but better than finding 🤖 19-19L ka fark 💀 #hiring #soon #dev #frontend #backend [Note: Not for those who have experience only in making resumes pdf.].

🎯 A Surprising Insight from My Developer Journey 🎯 As a full-time backend engineer, you’d think that most of my compensation would come from backend work, right? But here’s the twist: I’ve often been paid more for my frontend gigs! 😅 It’s made me stop and reflect on why this might be. Is it because: The user experience is where businesses see immediate value? Frontend work creates that wow factor clients are after? Or is it just that React and other frontend frameworks are that hot right now? Don’t get me wrong—backend is complex, deeply technical, and the backbone of any solid application. But maybe frontend work feels more “tangible” since it's the part users directly interact with. What’s been your experience? Have you found that frontend work tends to be more financially rewarding, even if you're a backend expert? Let’s share some thoughts—I'd love to hear your take! 👇 #frontend #backend #developerlife #webdev #techcommunity #fullstack

🚨 Attention Frontend Developers! 🚨 The tech landscape is evolving at lightning speed, and companies can no longer afford to hire developers who only focus on one part of the stack.🌐✨ 💡 Here's the deal: If you’re not already working towards becoming a full-stack developer, you’re falling behind. Companies now demand developers who can handle it all – frontend, backend, and everything in between. 🚀💻 Why limit your potential? The more skills you bring to the table, the more indispensable you become in this rapidly changing job market. 🔑🔥 Stay ahead of the curve, broaden your skill set, and future-proof your career. 💪📈 #FullStackDeveloper #TechSkills #CareerGrowth #DeveloperJourney #FrontendToFullStack #StayRelevant #react #angular #frontend #developer

Decoding Tech Speak: A Recruiter's overview to Front-End & Back-End Devs Imagine you're creating the coolest treehouse ever! The front-end developer is like the super artistic friend who designs the paint job, chooses comfy cushions, and makes sure everything looks awesome. They add the buttons, pictures, and text you see on a website or game – basically, the stuff you interact with directly! The back-end developer is like the clever engineer who builds the strong frame, hidden ladders, and secret compartments. They code the special features that make the website or game work – like letting you log in, save your progress, or fight virtual monsters! ⚔️ Both are superstars who work together to create the amazing online worlds you love to explore! Who knows, maybe someday YOU'LL be the one building them! #LevelUpYourRecruiting #TechRecruiting #LIPostingChallengeIndia

I got a great potential opportunity to grow Frontend Hire. If you read the name of the brand there are two parts to it: "FRONTEND" + "HIRE" Right now, I have been working on the "FRONTEND" part, creating content to upskill frontend devs. But down the line, I also wanted to work on the "HIRE" part. The plan was to get as many folks registered on the platform, and then roll out hiring profiles to screen these folks and market their profiles to companies and recruiters. Now, I have a potential call with a way bigger company that wants the registered candidates on my platform to be placed on their portal. If they get hired, I get paid. So, I might be working on the hiring profiles way sooner (tonight itself) than expected and start screening some of the candidates myself. Screening the candidates is the tougher part than getting them hired. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET A JOB BUT AN ATTEMPT TO TRY TO GET YOU A JOB. I ALSO WOULD TRY NOT TO MONETIZE ON THE CANDIDATE BUT ONLY ON THE RECRUITER OR COMPANY PART OF THIS.
