You have to think into the future. Every customer you write a mortgage for today is a potential refinance in the future. Now, is that future 12 months or 24 months? That's unknown exactly when that's gonna happen, but they are a future customer. If you have a great database strategy system that consists of really phone calls on the regular basis, keeping in touch with your customers, along with emails and other things, but that relationship is up to you to continue.
