Their primary focus? Bringing more folks in to experience the magic firsthand! 🍳☕️ Together, we crafted a plan that's as seamless as it is effective: ️🪄 Refresh the Guest Wi-Fi journey aesthetics with engaging content images and new redirect URLs, transforming the login process into an immersive brand showcase. We amplified awareness by updating the guest wifi journey at not just one venue, but nearby sister sites too. Guests are greeted with mouthwatering menu additions that capture the attention of a larger, highly relevant audience and enticing them further. 💌 Why stop there? We took things a step further by slipping a survey right into the login journey. A single, easy to answer question pops up: "would you be interested in breakfast at *TOP SECRET SITE NAME HERE*?" Answers are synced directly to the operator's CRM, meaning it isn't just about data; it's now a strategic, automated tool for tailoring promotions and fostering stronger guest bonds. 🤝 By seamlessly blending simple surveys and utilising promotional areas on the login page, we're not just facilitating internet access; we're actively encouraging guest loyalty and cross pollination of venues. 📊 If that wasn't enough, we can even help track the ROI of these changes with our very own reporting platform - Insights.
