One of three Peace Paintings, titled "And Our Heroes Have Misplaced Their Map" is exhibited in the first Lincolnshire Virtual Open exhibition here: https://lnkd.in/espiSTT3 I'm very sceptical about including my work anywhere locally, as I really need buyers to buy my work, not those who want to grift my ideas for "inspiration". And my work always sells anywhere else. This is why I have not included the Monaco paintings. The Monaco paintings are meant to be exhibited in Monaco to wealthy art collectors. This is the aim. 1:Aim 2: Believe 3: Receive. Follow the instructions to purchase work. Thankyou.

Art collecting Art is not just an investment, it is an expression of your individuality and a source of joy. Before you dive into buying art, take the time to research the artists, their styles, and the different mediums they work with. Understanding an artist's background, influences, and past work can help you make informed decisions. Consider whether the piece matches your personal taste and complements your existing collection or living space. Additionally, researching the artist's market value and demand can help guide financial decisions. ✨✨Folks! It's been a while - apologies. Changes in life means that life changes. 🙏 *The Vital Role of Art in Challenging Perspectives* In a world inundated with data and rapid changes, the necessity of art often gets overshadowed. Yet, it's precisely during these times of uncertainty and flux that the significance of art becomes more pronounced and needed more desperately than ever. Art serves as both a mirror reflecting our society and a catalyst for change, challenging us to question, evolve, and as always – to grow. Art is not merely about aesthetics; it's a powerful medium for communication, empathy, and understanding. Through various forms like paintings, literature, music, and performance, art provides a platform for diverse voices and perspectives to be heard. It assists our dialogue and fosters empathy by allowing us to step into others' shoes, broadening our worldview. How often these days do we attempt to really understand the viewpoint of another? Or are we simply content with labeling them as "The Other..."? Art for me has a unique ability to challenge us, question us and confront us. It confronts societal norms, biases, and injustices, prompting us to reevaluate our beliefs and perceptions. By pushing boundaries and defying conventions, art inspires innovation and progress. It forces us out of our comfort zones, sparking conversations that (can) lead to meaningful change. In a rapidly changing world where perspectives can become rigid and divisive, art offers a vital counterbalance. It invites us to embrace ambiguity, to explore complexity, and celebrate diversity. As we navigate the myriad of interconnected complexities of our time, let us recognize the indispensable role of art, not just as a source of beauty, but as a catalyst for introspection, empathy, and transformation. Embrace art. Embrace change. The artist (and my friend), Mark I’anson has just updated his website – for me his work is stunning, breathtaking and always challenging. I hope you enjoy it - and are challenged by it, too. 🙏 https://lnkd.in/dFRgg_R4 #art #challenge #nottheother #seethedifference #artasreflection #aesthetics #paintinginspiration #notallaboutwork #workerhistory #scotlandisnow *Edit* - Link to upcoming exhibition in #Dunbar in #Eastlothian https://lnkd.in/eVRNJxYh

Fubon Art Museum in Taipei is for rich folks Someone commented on the cable report aired the morning of June 4, 2024 regarding the newly-opened Fubon Art Museum in Taipei that the Monet exhibit being pathetic in scope. The report exposes the admission of NT$1,200 charged by said art gallery, as does the attached report of June 3, 2024, that is far more expensive than that at the most famous art galleries globally. The gallery in Taipei even sells cookies for NT$3,500. Another Taiwanese said in a FB post that the Fubon gallery is for rich folks. The spokeswoman for the gallery says the building is designed by famous architects for a princely sum and the admission price is based on the user-pays principle. The simple fact is that the greatest artist ever--Mother Nature--exhibits her masterpieces across the world for free, including the 4 shown in southern Thailand and on the west coast of Canada. Why pay to see manmade artworks that are ho-hum in comparison? #FubonArtMuseumInTaipeiIsForRichFolks https://lnkd.in/g6DzaZvUu

How deep rooted mathematics is in these models? It's fascinating to see how 3 different A.I. have 3 different styles(ummm.... personalities). Even if trained on the same datasets, but with different seeds, models can have completely different personas. A simple yet powerful example of chaos theory(butterfly effect) in computer science. #AI #models #chaostheory #butterflyeffect #machinelearning #artificial #intelligence #physics #mathematics

When it comes to acquiring great, original art, there is a common misconception that it must come with a hefty price tag. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. The work shown is by Emmanuel de La Villéon, dated c. 1920 and could be yours for just under £5000. Fine art doesn't have to cost a fortune. There are numerous ways to find and purchase high-quality, original pieces at great prices. One option is to explore local art galleries and art fairs. Additionally, online platforms and marketplaces have made it easier than ever to connect with art lovers, art dealers and galleries directly to discover unique pieces that suit any budget. By seeking out alternative avenues for purchasing fine art, individuals can enjoy the beauty and creativity of original and unique artwork without breaking the bank. https://lnkd.in/e37H4vnw
